Shipping policy

This is a digital store that sells digital products. "Shipping" is online via a DIRL™ Powerhouse Dashboard™ or delivered via email or instant download. Times for delivery are generally within one hour, but can take up to 60 days for some customized software systems that are made for the customer through a series of phases that the customer is engaged in. All Customers should receive at least an email within 24 hours of an order. If the Customer does NOT receive an email within 24 hours of a purchase, that Customer should call (757) 777 - 8682 to alert customer service so that we can fix the issue as soon as possible.
